The broker submits to banks and manages the process end to end. You and the buyer see milestones to funding.
We use your details only to set up the collaborator workflow and communicate about live cases.

How do you track which agency a buyer came from?
Your unique link auto tags the case and opens a 3 way WhatsApp group with you in it.
Do you work with multiple banks?
Yes. The broker places the case with suitable banks based on the buyer profile.
What languages do you support?
English, Swedish and Spanish. We can loop in other language support if needed.
What does it cost my agency?
€0. Fees are between the buyer and the broker.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
Some of our brokers are lawyers in Spain. We can set that up for you if needed.
Can you work from a property link or listing?
Yes. Share the link in the chat and we will include it in the file.
How do I refer a buyer?
Share your unique link or start a WhatsApp intro with the buyer and us. The case is auto tagged to you.
What buyer info is most helpful before a pre check?
Full name, email and phone, nationality, income and employment type, monthly debts, budget and area, NIE status.
What happens after I refer?
We run a quick pre check, then the broker confirms realistic options. You and the buyer are updated in the WhatsApp thread.
Do you cover residents and non residents?
Yes. Non residents are common. Residents are fine as well.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly the Costa del Sol. Spain wide is possible.
Can you help with new build or off plan?
Yes. We also work with alternative lenders who finance new build and off plan when banks will not.
Can you compare offers if a buyer already spoke to a bank?
Yes. We can benchmark and confirm whether better options exist once we see the documents.
Does the calculator or pre check affect credit score?
Using our site does not. Banks may run their own checks later in the process.
Who handles valuation and notary steps?
The broker coordinates the bank valuation and mortgage completion at the notary. You handle the purchase side with the buyer.
How do you keep me informed?
A 3 way WhatsApp group is opened at the start. We post status updates at key steps.
Are you a lender or a broker?
We are an introducer. We package the case and coordinate with specialist brokers.
